Overall, Haiku is pretty good, they are consistent and I like them. To my understanding, there are 3 locations around me including the White Plains, Scarsdale and Bronxville locations. I have found that the Bronxville location ONLY charges me for a lesser substititution. I ordered a sushi roll and opted out of TUNA for a substitution that is cheaper in price, and I was charged a fee, again, only at this location, as I have done this at the White Plains/Scarsdale locations and no additional fee was charged. I cannot see why I was charged a fee, like I said, the replacement that I opted for is lesser in price than tuna and I believe the sushi is made fresh everytime, so I would say it was an INCONVENIENCE fee, but in this instance, I don't know if that can be applied, but who knows. Again, only at this location. Just a heads up for fellow customers.

Incredible hospitality. The sushi is really good. The outdoor dining experience is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. Despite the minor language barrier between servers, the food was really good. The service was on point and they even allowed us to dine until we were the last table to depart. Highly recommend this lovely Asian Bistro in Bronxville. The Five Stars is awarded based on incredibly hospitality, food quality, presentation and overall dining experience.

Came in for sushi, but ended up with a hybrid warm/cold dish dinner. I found the sushi to be fresh and tasty and I imagine all of their rolls/speciality rolls to be just as good. I surprisingly liked the eggplant. The sauce was just right and the eggplant was cooked to perfection for such a dish. Combine with a side of fried rice! Service is prompt, attentive, though slightly less tactful than to be expected. Experience has taught me that it’s nothing personal, it’s just ethno-cultural efficiency.

The best sushi in the area. There used to be a place in tuckahoe that competed but they’re gone now. BUT THE BEST THING is they are the kind of place when you drop your bag with the wonton soup in it they check right away to make sure I don’t break the container and that I was set. They’re great people and I am always happy to give them my business.
